When you complete the eligibility assessment or a consultation request, your answers are formatted into a message and sent to us through WhatsApp from your own device, only when you choose to send it. WhatsApp handles that message under its own privacy terms.
When you book a consultation, you are redirected to Square, an external third-party booking platform. Information you enter on the Square booking page, including any payment information, is collected and processed by Square under its own privacy policy and terms, which we encourage you to review. This website does not collect or store payment information.
We ask for your consent before contacting you about your enquiry. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us using the details on this website, subject to legal and professional record-keeping obligations.
Where you engage us, information may be shared with government authorities as part of an application, and with service providers such as translators or medical practitioners where necessary. We share only what is required for the purpose.
